McSkelly is a driver in Beach Buggy franchise, he is originated from Beach Buggy Blitz, except that he had no clothes until Beach Buggy Racing, he is currently listing as the fourteenth of all drivers, and his special ability is Ghost Ride.

Description
A ghostly pirate lost at sea, McSkelly has a penchant for fast cars and loose treasure.
The one thign McSkelly misses most about being alive is taste of mutton. Oh, hwo he misses mutton.
FUN FACT: Get really uncomfortable around dogs.

- His earlier appearance in Beach Buggy Blitz, he was used to be a normal skeleton without any pirate outfit included, until in Beach Buggy Racing and the sequel, he has his main pirate outfit.
